For 2025’s Young Lions Competition, we created a 1 minute film for a nonprofit called, WhyHunger, which works to end world hunger. We were asked to create a film that would drive donations and foster an emotional/values-driven alignment with WhyHunger.

The concept revolves around the idea that hunger takes on different meanings depending on one's circumstances. For those with food security, hunger is often metaphorical, referring to ambition, success, or status. However, for children facing food insecurity, hunger is literal.

We finished Top 5 in the entire country!
